Applies to multiagency, multidisciplinary family justice centers established by cities, counties, or community-based nonprofit organizations to assist victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, elder or dependent adult abuse, and human trafficking.

Mandates that family justice centers consult with community-based advocates and survivors of violence in operations and establish procedures for ongoing client feedback and complaint processes.

Requires family justice centers to maintain strict confidentiality policies compliant with state and federal privacy laws, with written informed consent required before sharing victim information with agency partners, except for mandated reporters and law enforcement with legal duty to report.

Protects attorney-client, physician-patient, psychotherapist-patient, and victim counselor privileges, ensuring that information sharing for safety planning and service delivery does not constitute a waiver of these legal protections.
