Exempts lamps used for image capture and projection, including photocopying, printing, and film/video projection

Exempts high ultraviolet content lamps used for germicidal, disinfection, fly trapping, ozone generation, coral zooxanthellae, and sunlamp applications

Exempts lamps used for medical or veterinary diagnosis, treatment, pharmaceutical manufacturing, spectroscopy, and academic research
