Prohibits the Department of Cannabis Control from denying state temporary event license applications solely because the proposed premises has an Alcoholic Beverage Control Act license.

Requires suspension of all on- and off-sale alcoholic beverage privileges at venues during cannabis temporary events from the event day until 6 a.m. the day after the event ends, with alcohol consumption strictly prohibited during this period.

Prohibits the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control from taking disciplinary action against alcohol licensees based on a cannabis temporary event license being issued for the same premises.

Allows cannabis temporary event licensees to reconcile and return unsold inventory to their retail premises after events, requiring inventory to be transported by licensed distributors or microbusinesses and to remain in original packaging.

Requires licensees to submit a list of all participating cannabis retailers 60 days before the event and update the department with any changes; department may impose civil penalties up to three times the license fee for violations.
