Authorizes the California Transportation Commission to relinquish the portion of State Route 107 located within the City of Redondo Beach city limits to the city, subject to terms and conditions deemed in the state's best interest.

Relinquishment becomes effective immediately upon recordation of the relinquishment resolution by the county recorder.

The relinquished portion of Route 107 ceases to be a state highway and is permanently ineligible for future adoption as a state highway.

The City of Redondo Beach must maintain traffic flow continuity on the relinquished portion, including traffic signal progression.

The city must maintain signs within its jurisdiction directing motorists to the continuation of Route 107.
