Prohibits labeling agave spirits as "California agave spirits" or substantially similar descriptions unless the spirits are produced entirely from agaves grown in California, without flavoring or coloring additives.

Permits the use of the word "California" to describe the location of a distillery even if the agaves are not California-grown.

Authorizes the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to seize agave spirits labeled in violation of this section regardless of location and dispose of them pursuant to existing law.

Establishes that violations are subject to existing Alcoholic Beverage Control Act penalties, including misdemeanor charges when no other punishment is specified.

Clarifies that no state reimbursement is required because any local costs result from programs that local agencies requested.
