Increases the maximum number of branch office locations where beer manufacturers may sell alcoholic beverages to consumers or provide authorized tastings from 6 to 8 locations.

Increases the maximum number of branch locations that can be bona fide public eating places owned and operated by the beer manufacturer from 2 to 4 locations.

Requires beer manufacturers to hold a 6th duplicate license for a minimum of one year before becoming eligible to receive a 7th or 8th duplicate license.

Removes the requirement that beer and wine sold at branch office eating places must be purchased from a wholesaler that is not owned by the beer manufacturer.

Modifies tied-house restrictions to allow beer manufacturers to exercise retail privileges at up to 8 total locations, provided no more than 6 are on-sale licenses.
