Requires limited liability companies (LLCs) that qualify as political committees or committee sponsors to file a statement of members with the Secretary of State.

Statement of members must identify all persons with at least 10% membership interest or who made cumulative capital contributions of $10,000 or more to the LLC after it qualified as a committee, or within 2 calendar quarters before qualifying.

Statement must include LLC name, contact information, member names, capital contribution amounts and dates, and ownership percentages.

Initial statement due within 10 days of qualifying as a committee (or 24 hours if qualifying within 30 days of an election where the LLC made political expenditures), with amended statements required within 10 days (or 24 hours if within 90 days of an election) after receiving additional $10,000+ contributions.

If an LLC member is itself an LLC, the statement must list all members of that member-LLC who would be required to be disclosed under these same thresholds.
