Amends Section 17702.09 of the Corporations Code to modify statement of information requirements for limited liability companies filing with the Secretary of State.

For manager-managed LLCs, requires disclosure of whether any manager has an outstanding final judgment for Labor Code or wage order violations with no pending appeals.

For member-managed LLCs, requires disclosure of whether any member has such judgments, unless an operating agreement limits agents to specified members, in which case only those specified members must be disclosed.

For foreign LLCs not managed by managers, requires disclosure of whether members who act as agents have outstanding final judgments for Labor Code or wage order violations with no pending appeals.

Became operative January 1, 2022, or upon Secretary of State certification that California Business Connect is implemented, whichever date is earlier.
