Extends the structural fumigation enforcement program to January 1, 2024 (previously set to expire January 1, 2023)

Removes San Diego County from the program; now only applies to Los Angeles, Orange, and Santa Clara counties

Maintains the $8 fee per fumigation that companies must pay to county agricultural commissioners for each structural fumigation conducted

Requires fees to be submitted by the 10th day of the month following the fumigation, accompanied by a report listing all fumigation locations in that county

Authorizes the three remaining county agricultural commissioners to perform increased structural fumigation, inspection, and enforcement activities funded by collected fees
