Increases reimbursement rates for physician services under the California Children's Services (CCS) Program by at least 25% above the existing augmentation percentage relative to Medi-Cal rates, effective January 1, 2023, subject to legislative appropriation.

Rate increase applies only to physicians in practices where at least 30% of pediatric patients are Medi-Cal beneficiaries.

Requires the Department of Health Care Services to review CCS physician reimbursement rates no later than January 1, 2026, and every three years thereafter, with data disaggregated by rural/urban area, ZIP Code, and satellite clinic.

Mandates the department submit review reports and rate increase recommendations to the Assembly Committee on Health and Senate Committee on Health, with the goal of making rates comparable to federal Medicare rates.
