Extends the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery's deadline for referring fraud cases to the Attorney General from 30 days to 45 days after determining that false or misleading information was provided concerning recycled glass content in fiberglass manufacturing.

Applies to the Fiberglass Recycled Content Act of 1991, which requires fiberglass manufacturers to use at least 30% cullet (postconsumer glass) in their annual production.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required because any costs incurred by local agencies or school districts result from changes to crime definitions or penalties under existing law.
