Creates the Office for the Protection of Children Online within the California Privacy Protection Agency to protect children's privacy, civil liberties, and mental and physical well-being in digital media.

Office will be led by a director appointed by and reporting to the California Privacy Protection Agency.

Expands authorized uses of continuously appropriated funds from the General Fund ($10,000,000 annually) to the California Privacy Protection Agency to support the new office operations.

Legislature declares the bill furthers the purposes and intent of the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (Proposition 24).
