Requires health care service plan contracts and disability insurance policies that provide hospital, medical, or surgical benefits issued, amended, or renewed on or after January 1, 2023, to provide coverage for the HPV vaccine without cost sharing for persons for whom the vaccine is FDA approved.

Expands existing cervical cancer screening coverage requirements to include disability insurance policies and clarifies that screening tests include conventional Pap tests, FDA-approved HPV screening tests, and any FDA-approved cervical cancer screening test.

Adds the HPV vaccine to comprehensive clinical family planning services covered under the Family PACT Program for persons for whom it is FDA approved.

Clarifies that coverage requirements do not apply to vision-only, dental-only, accident-only, specified disease, hospital indemnity, Medicare supplement, CHAMPUS supplement, long-term care, or disability income insurance policies.

Specifies that no state reimbursement to local agencies or school districts is required under this act.
