Requires gun show producers to post additional notices at public entrances covering firearm storage, handling, purchase limits, theft reporting, lead exposure, and safe storage requirements for minors

Doubles maximum fines for producer violations to $4,000 (first offense for sign posting) and increases ineligibility period from 1 year to 2 years for certificate of eligibility

Requires gun show vendors to certify in writing that they will not display, possess, or offer unserialized frames, receivers, or handgun conversion kits

Adds penalties including $1,000-$2,000 fines and one-year vendor participation suspension for vendor violations of gun show regulations

Requires the Department of Justice to inspect at least one-half of all gun shows annually beginning July 1, 2023, and post violations on its website and submit annual reports to the Legislature
