Requires reusable tenant screening reports to include applicant name, contact information, employment verification, last known address, and results of an eviction history check

Prohibits landlords who accept reusable tenant screening reports from charging applicants either an access fee for the report or an application screening fee

Allows landlords to require applicants to state that there has been no material change to information in the reusable tenant screening report

Does not require landlords to accept reusable tenant screening reports, and local ordinances providing greater protections to applicants take precedence over this section
