Permits certified optometrists to independently initiate and administer immunizations for influenza, herpes zoster, pneumococcus, and SARS-CoV-2 (in addition to administering them).

Clarifies that neuromuscular blockers are excluded from optometrist use unless explicitly approved by the FDA for authorized eye conditions.
