Requires each city, county, or city and county that received state funding to address homelessness to complete and publish a report on its website by July 1, 2023.

Report must include the number of people experiencing homelessness in the jurisdiction using available data from sources such as the Homeless Data Integration System, HUD Point-in-Time counts, or Continuum of Care Housing Inventory Count reports.

Report must list existing programs and services addressing homelessness, all local/state/federal funding sources used, number of individuals and families served with demographic information, and types of interventions provided.

Jurisdictions that have submitted a local homelessness action plan under Health and Safety Code Section 50220.7 may satisfy requirements by publishing that plan on their website instead.

Declares this requirement applies to all cities, including charter cities, as a matter of statewide concern and provides for state reimbursement of any mandated costs through existing procedures.
