Changes reporting frequency for data on children who are regional center consumers and recipients of AFDC-FC, ARC, or Kin-GAP benefits from semiannual (March 1 and October 1) to three times per year (March 1, July 1, and November 1)

Requires the State Department of Social Services and State Department of Developmental Services to submit specified data to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee on the new schedule to facilitate legislative review of services and outcomes

Data to be reported includes number of children served, services provided, comparisons with similar children not receiving these benefits, appeals filed, adoption rates, and supplement requests and authorizations
