State Department of Education must create the California Food Allergy Resource internet web page to provide voluntary guidance to school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools on protecting pupils with food allergies

Web page must include links to federal CDC guidelines on managing food allergies, relevant state laws, state and federal resources, methods to initiate individualized food allergy management plans, and strategies to minimize food anaphylaxis risk

Web page must provide methods for pupils, parents, and guardians to obtain ingredient lists from school food service providers

Local educational agencies are encouraged to consult and use the web page as an equitable resource and to make it available annually to pupils, parents, and guardians
