State Department of Public Health must enter into a data sharing agreement with the California Tribal Epidemiology Center (CTEC) for access to the California Reportable Disease Information Exchange (CalREDIE) and California Immunization Registry systems by January 1, 2023

CTEC is prohibited from disclosing received information except in response to court orders, search warrants, or subpoenas, or as required by federal medical privacy regulations (45 CFR Parts 160 and 164)
