Requires each California Community College and California State University campus to post educational and preventive information about sexual violence and sexual harassment on their websites; requests the same from UC campuses and independent/private institutions receiving state funding.

Mandates annual student training on sexual violence and sexual harassment beginning September 1, 2024, covering topics including definitions, reporting procedures, available resources, peer support methods, and consequences of such acts.

Requires training to include statistics on prevalence of sexual harassment and assault, and information on differing rates of victimization based on students' race, sexual orientation, disability, gender, and gender identity.

Community college students must complete annual training within 6 months of the beginning of the academic year; community college districts may allow students to self-certify completion.

Allows institutions to integrate sexual violence and harassment training into existing orientation and training programs; defines "training" to include in-person, remote, or video instruction but excludes written materials only.
