Extends the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board's operation until January 1, 2027, and authorizes it to appoint an executive officer through that date.

Abolishes the Hearing Aid Dispensing Committee and makes audiology aides subject to direct supervision requirements rather than general prohibitions on unsupervised practice.

Requires aide registrations to expire every two years with renewal fees capped at $30, and mandates supervisors update the board on aide duties and training methods at renewal.

Adds disciplinary grounds for the board to suspend, revoke, or impose conditions on licenses for disciplinary actions taken by public agencies in other states and allows licensees to petition for reinstatement after specified minimum periods.

Requires applicants, registrants, and licensees with email addresses to provide them to the board by July 1, 2023, and update any changes within 30 days.
