Amends Penal Code Section 6133 to require the Office of the Inspector General to post its reports to the public within 5 days of release to the Governor and Legislature, rather than upon release.

Maintains existing requirements for the Office of the Inspector General to issue annual reports on internal misconduct and use of force allegations, and semiannual reports on Office of Internal Affairs investigations.

Reports must include data on complaints against correctional officers, investigation quality assessments, disciplinary recommendations, settlements, and discipline modifications.

Clarifies that the Office of the Inspector General shall coordinate staff placement with the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation's Office of Internal Affairs "without undue delays" rather than "without any delays."
