Requires the California Pregnancy-Associated Review Committee to collect and include data from counties participating in the Fetal and Infant Mortality Review (FIMR) process in its published findings.

Defines intrapartum stillbirth under the FIMR process as stillbirth at 20 weeks or more of gestation.

Establishes a process for the State Department of Public Health to accept information from individuals who have experienced stillbirth regarding causes, maternal demographics, and other relevant maternal factors.

Requires the department to provide stillbirth survivors and families with access to grief counseling, support groups, education, funeral information, and other related resources.

Authorizes the department to contract with nonprofit organizations providing stillbirth-related services to deliver these resources if determined to be more cost-effective.
