Authorizes supervision of psychologist license applicants and registered psychological associates to be provided in real time through in-person or synchronous audiovisual means, compliant with federal and state health confidentiality laws.

Amends Section 2913 to allow registered psychological associates to be supervised by a licensed psychologist using real-time supervision methods while performing psychological functions in preparation for licensure.

Amends Section 2914 to permit license applicants to complete their required two-year supervised professional experience, including the mandatory one year after earning a doctoral degree, through real-time supervision methods.

Takes effect immediately as an urgency statute to preserve access to psychological care by enabling continued real-time supervision during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
