Requires law enforcement agencies with custodial responsibility to post information about deaths in custody on their internet websites within 10 days of the death.

Information to be posted includes the agency name, county, specific facility and location of death, decedent's race/gender/age, date of death, custodial status, and manner and means of death.

Agencies may delay posting for an additional 10 days if making good faith efforts to notify next of kin within the initial 10-day period.

Agencies must update posted information within 30 days if any details about the death change.

Establishes state-mandated local program with reimbursement procedures through the Commission on State Mandates if costs are determined to be state-mandated.
