Requires all active contractor licensees with current workers' compensation insurance or self-insurance certification to certify their workers' compensation classification codes on the license renewal form, specifically the three codes with the highest estimated payroll or all codes if fewer than three exist.

Prohibits license renewal unless licensees comply with the classification code certification requirement, but allows 30-day retroactive renewal if documentation is submitted late but within 30 days of rejection notification.

Requires the Contractors State License Board to include certified classification codes in the public license detail posted on its internet website when updating active renewals.

Effective date of July 1, 2023.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required because the bill's provisions relate to crime definitions under the Contractors State License Law.
