Amends Section 1450.2 of the Military and Veterans Code to restructure the California Central Coast Veterans Cemetery Advisory Committee membership.

Removes representatives from the Fort Ord Reuse Authority and the Fort Ord Veterans Cemetery Citizens Advisory Committee from the committee.

Adds three representatives from local veterans' service organizations appointed by the Secretary of the California Department of Veterans Affairs.

Maintains existing positions for one County of Monterey representative, one City of Seaside representative, and at least two Department members on the committee.

Preserves the committee's advisory role on significant design changes to the Central Coast Veterans Cemetery.
