Expands workers' compensation presumption for skin cancer to include peace officers from the Department of Fish and Wildlife and Department of Parks and Recreation, in addition to existing coverage for lifeguards.

Establishes that skin cancer developing or manifesting during employment is presumed to arise from employment conditions, with the presumption remaining disputable through contrary evidence.

Extends the presumption to employees for three calendar months following termination of service for each full year of service, up to a maximum of 60 months.

Includes full hospital, surgical, medical treatment, disability indemnity, and death benefits for skin cancer injuries covered under the presumption.

Applies only to lifeguards employed for more than three consecutive months in a calendar year and peace officers as defined in Penal Code Section 830.2, subdivisions (e) and (f).
