Prohibits employment contracts for actors in scripted episodic series from requiring exclusivity with multiple employers, except where other employment creates a direct scheduling conflict or materially interferes with the employer's business.

Allows employers to require employees to disclose additional employment and to restrict work during 30 days before principal photography begins, during principal photography, and 30 days after principal photography ends.

Permits contracts to include protections for trade secrets and confidential business information.

Applies to employment contracts amended or entered into on or after January 1, 2023, and voids any contract provisions that would deprive employees of these protections.

Allows valid collective bargaining agreements that become effective on or after January 1, 2023 to include exceptions or alterations to these requirements if consistent with the agreement.
