Establishes a grant program administered by the State Department of Social Services to provide multitiered and coordinated immigration support services to undocumented and mixed-status families separated by the federal government's "zero-tolerance" policy.

Requires grantee organizations to be 501(c)(3) nonprofits with demonstrated experience providing the four core service components across one or more California counties.

Mandates provision of four core services: a statewide centralized warmline, care coordination and case management, a flexible funding pool, and trauma-informed services addressing physical and behavioral health, legal services, vocational services, food security, education, and housing.

Requires all services to be culturally and linguistically responsive and provided in languages spoken by children, guardians, and families.

Requires grantee organizations to submit annual reports tracking the number of service requests, individuals served, types of services provided, and whether services were delivered directly or through referrals.
