Authorizes a crematory to cremate the remains of a United States military member with a single American flag upon request of the person with authority to dispose of the remains

Exempts flags incinerated with veteran remains from recordkeeping requirements under Section 8344.6

Maintains existing authority for crematories to incinerate American flags separately from cremations during specified patriotic holidays (Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, and Veterans' Day) within one week before or after these dates

Requires flag incineration to comply with Section 8(k) of Title 4 of the United States Code and does not restrict First Amendment free expression rights
