Amends Vehicle Code Section 36600 to authorize persons contracted with a farmer or farm corporation to operate or move implements of husbandry with excessive width on highways, in addition to those regularly employed by farmers or farm corporations.

Allows contracted operators to transport oversized farm implements on Interstate and Defense Highways up to 25 miles from the point of origin if the load exceeds 102 inches in width.

Allows contracted operators to transport oversized farm implements on other highways up to 25 miles from the point of origin if the load exceeds 120 inches in width.

Requires operators transporting such loads to carry written authorization signed by the farmer or farm corporation agent stating the origin and destination of the trip.

Updates gender-specific language in the statute from "his or her" to "their."
