Amends Penal Code Section 602 to add an exemption to trespass laws for repossession agencies and their employees when searching for or repossessing collateral on private property, provided they leave immediately upon completing the search or repossession.

Maintains existing exemption for process servers (persons described in Business and Professions Code Section 22350) who are making lawful service of process, requiring them to proceed immediately upon exiting their vehicle and leave upon completing service or upon request.

Clarifies that the vehicle trespass prohibition in subdivision (n) does not apply to these specified individuals when acting within their defined roles on private property not open to the general public.
