Establishes the California Diversifying the Teacher Workforce Grant Program to provide one-time competitive grants to school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools for developing and expanding teacher retention and support programs.

Authorizes grant funding for activities including intensive mentorship programs, professional development, cultural transformation initiatives, restorative justice practices, social-emotional learning, and community engagement strategies to retain teachers.

Requires grant applicants to demonstrate significant teacher turnover, receipt of federal Title I funds, a disproportionate number of novice teachers, commitment to culturally responsive teaching, and experience with social-emotional learning and restorative justice.

Requires the State Department of Education to provide technical assistance on teacher retention, social-emotional learning, and restorative justice; determine grant amounts; and conduct an evaluation of program effectiveness to be submitted to the Legislature by June 30, 2026.

Requires grant recipients to submit annual progress reports and a final implementation report within three years; allocates $175,000 annually through June 30, 2027, for program administration; sunsets on January 1, 2027.
