Allows PACE organizations to collect verbal enrollment agreements instead of requiring immediate written signatures, with written signatures to be obtained within 14 days

Permits PACE organizations to provide Adult Day Health Care services in participants' homes and deliver nursing services via telehealth or remote methods like video conferencing and health screening calls

Enables PACE organizations to use brokers for marketing and allows discharge planners to facilitate referrals to PACE organizations with patient consent, with PACE organizations permitted one contact attempt if the patient expresses interest
