Requires each institution of higher education to mandate that campus-recognized sororities and fraternities submit annual reports by July 1, 2023, and each year thereafter containing membership numbers, GPAs, community service hours, fundraising totals, recognition status, conduct status, chapter house addresses, and sanctioned event details.

Suspends campus recognition of any sorority or fraternity that fails to comply with the annual reporting requirements.

Requires institutions to compile reported information into a publicly accessible report posted on their Greek Life internet homepage by October 1, 2023, and annually thereafter, with archived reports maintained for a minimum of 10 years.

Mandates institutions send the annual report to all enrolled students via campuswide email and include mental health resources and chapter house addresses in the report.

Requires reports to document citations and disciplinary actions related to misconduct at chapter houses and sanctioned events, while complying with federal privacy laws including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
