Requires California State University (CSU) campuses to provide educational information about CalFresh and student eligibility requirements as part of campus orientation for all incoming students.

Requests University of California (UC) campuses to provide the same CalFresh educational information and eligibility requirements during orientation.

Mandates California Community Colleges campuses to provide CalFresh information and eligibility requirements to all incoming students as part of orientation.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill creates state-mandated costs, reimbursement to local agencies and school districts shall be made pursuant to Government Code Part 7 (commencing with Section 17500).
