County welfare departments must report at the last review hearing before a dependent child turns 18 whether housing referrals or assistance have successfully secured housing, and if not, what additional services have been provided to prevent homelessness.

Nonminors seeking termination of dependency jurisdiction at age 18 or older must receive the same housing assistance reporting and documentation requirements, including efforts to prevent homelessness upon jurisdiction termination.
