Requires county probation departments to notify victims of domestic violence, abuse, or stalking of a convicted perpetrator's current or proposed community of residence upon release when the perpetrator is placed on or released on probation.

Notification requirement only applies if the victim has previously requested notification and provided the probation department with a current address.

Requires district attorneys to advise victims of domestic violence, abuse, or stalking of their right to request and receive notification under this section.

Establishes that if the Commission on State Mandates determines this bill imposes state-mandated costs on local agencies, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to existing statutory procedures under Government Code Section 17500 et seq.
