Requires homeowners' associations to accept and use the Secretary of State's designated substitute address for all communications with Safe at Home program participants upon request.

Mandates associations withhold or redact the name, community property address, and email address of Safe at Home participants from resident lists, directories, keypads, property numbers, internet portals, and any membership lists shared with other members.

Requires associations to keep member participation in the Safe at Home program confidential.

Applies to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, elder abuse, and other protected categories certified under the state's Safe at Home address confidentiality program.
