Prohibits athlete agents from sending minor athletes to locations that are hazardous or detrimental to their health, safety, morals, or education, with determination based on reasonable inquiry.

Prohibits athlete agents from entering contracts requiring minor athletes to appear at events or establishments where alcoholic beverages or intoxicating substances are sold or served, unless the minor is continuously accompanied by a parent, guardian, or the athlete agent.

References Penal Code Sections 311-314 in determining what constitutes detriment to a minor's morals.

Directs that the section be interpreted consistently with Labor Code Sections 1700.33 and 1700.34 and their implementing regulations.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required because any costs result from changes to criminal penalties under existing reimbursement exemptions.
