Requires each schoolsite serving grades 6-12 in school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools to create a mental health assistance poster by the start of the 2023-24 school year.

Poster must identify common mental health struggles (anxiety, depression, eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, bipolar episodes, schizophrenia), positive coping strategies (meditation, mindfulness, yoga, breathing exercises), and negative coping strategies to avoid (substance abuse, self-harm, isolating).

Poster must include schoolsite-specific resources (counselors, wellness centers, peer counselors) and community resources (suicide prevention hotlines, substance abuse services, nonpolice mental health hotlines, community mental health centers) with contact information.

Poster must be at least 8.5 by 11 inches with 12-point font, displayed in English and any primary language spoken by 15 percent or more of enrolled pupils, and placed prominently in accessible public areas commonly frequented by students.

Poster must be digitized and distributed online to pupils through social media, websites, and learning platforms at the beginning of each school year; no civil liability is created for schools implementing this requirement.
