Establishes the Trauma-Informed Childcare Training Grants Program to be administered by the Superintendent of Public Instruction upon legislative appropriation to expand access to trauma-informed childcare training across California.

Requires local consortia seeking trauma-informed childcare training grants to submit an addendum to their existing quality rating and improvement system (QRIS) action plan describing how funds will increase availability of such training in their county or region.

Directs local consortia to collaborate with governmental agencies, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and other partners to improve trauma-informed childcare training access, particularly for providers serving subsidized early learning and care settings.

Encourages licensees under the California Child Day Care Facilities Act and their employees to complete trauma-informed childcare training.

Requires the new grants program to build on existing local consortia and QRIS work currently in place.
