Amends Section 4476 of the Public Resources Code to modify requirements for prescribed burning agreements entered into by the Director of Forestry and Fire Protection.

Removes the restriction that Department of Forestry and Fire Protection responsibility for prescribed burns initiated at the department's request apply only to lands owned by nonprofit organizations or other public agencies.

Expands department responsibility to cover prescribed burns initiated at its request for training or other purposes on any lands, not limited to specific types of landowners.
