Amends Government Code Section 25150 to require county boards of supervisors to publish a fair statement of their proceedings within 7 days after each session, instead of the current 10-day requirement.

Allows boards of supervisors to alternatively provide copies of agendas and summaries of proceedings to newspapers, radio and television stations, libraries, and other interested parties in lieu of publishing proceedings.

Applies to all counties implementing the constitutional requirement for an elected governing body in each county.
