Establishes a grant program administered by the Department of Community Services and Development for counties to create farmworker resource centers providing information and services to farmworkers and their families.

Centers must provide services related to labor and employment rights, education, housing, immigration, health and human services, and assistance with filing applications to state and local agencies.

County eligibility requires partnering with community-based organizations, providing 25% of center funding, offering services in English and Spanish, and maintaining a database to track calls, referrals, and local trends.

Department must convene a workgroup including farmworker advocates, community organizations, government agencies, and agricultural representatives to develop evaluation metrics and standards for grant applications and awardee performance.

Initial grants must be awarded to counties in different regions of the state, with awardees evaluated within 18 months of establishing a center.
