Honors Dr. Nader's 30-year teaching career in geomatics engineering at California State University, Fresno and his design contributions to the State Highway Route 168 project in Clovis

Recognizes Dr. Nader's engineering design that preserved the northeast Clovis community by allowing residents to keep their homes while gaining access to the highway
