Designates a portion of State Route 4 in Stockton from Interstate 5 (postmile R16.059) to State Route 99 (postmile R19.407) as the Officer Jimmy Arty Inn Memorial Highway.

Officer Jimmy Arty Inn was a Stockton Police Department officer hired in December 2015 who was fatally shot on May 11, 2021, while responding to a disturbance call on La Cresta Way.

Requests the Department of Transportation determine the cost of appropriate memorial signs and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover that cost.

Officer Inn was a San Joaquin Delta College graduate and member of the SPD Honor Guard, survived by his wife (also an SPD officer), a 7-month-old son, and two stepchildren.
