Designates a specified portion of Interstate 5 in Orange County as the Tommy Lasorda Memorial Highway, extending from Ball Road at postmile 37.638 to the Eastbound exit of State Route 91 at postmile 42.671.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation and to erect those signs upon receiving sufficient donations from nonstate sources.

Honors Tommy Lasorda's legacy as Los Angeles Dodgers manager, including his 1,599 career wins, two World Series championships (1981 and 1988), and 1997 induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

Recognizes Lasorda's humanitarian contributions, international influence in baseball, and his residence in Fullerton, California for more than 50 years.
